The California Earthquake Authority (CEA) is a not-for-profit, privately funded, publicly managed organization that provides residential earthquake insurance to Californians. They came to 1331 Creative to raise awareness that Californians needed to buy additional earthquake insurance. This was their first campaign and multiple spots were created targeting different regions of the state.
